Shipping options
In order to provide the best possible service we ship via UPS and FedEx. We charge you only the amount the carriers charged us for the delivery of your order.
Any Free UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping extends to the contiguous 48 states on most shopping cart, mail and phone (1 800 883 0368) orders. (Freight charges will be applied for items that are too large for UPS ground as noted on individual product page). Please Note: On return of items sold with Free Shipping -- Customers are responsible for both the actual delivery and return shipping fees.
Please Note: Items that are Free UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping Offer is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO or PO addresses. (UPS and FedEx does not ship "ground" from Georgia to these destinations & therefore shipping costs are higher and for some items shipping may not be available at all). Hawaii, Alaska, APO and PO destination orders please contact Pro Therapy for shipping information. Orders placed online will be contacted to approve additional s/h charges before orders are processed.
UPS & FEDEX reserves the right to make the decision whether or not they will release a package without a signature. Some manufacturers only ship with a signature required for delivery. Customer may request at the time an order is placed that the order may be delivered without a signature. (Requests cannot be made after an order is placed). If a customer requests a package be delivered without a signature, the customer becomes responsible for replacing the package if it is lost or stolen. If a customer wishes to guarantee a delivery with signature, they may may request UPS deliver only with a signature -- UPS requires a $3 upcharge for this signature request service, this upcharge will be added to the order at the time of shipping.
Please verify that shipping address is correct at the time of the order. UPS/FEDEX charges $5.00 for any address correction and this charge will be applied to the purchaser's credit card when notified by UPS/FEDEX, usually within one week after shipping.
Note:
Most cases our carriers require a person present for them to leave the package. Notice will be left if no one's there. It can be redelivered by the carriers or picked up at the carriers location.
For the same purpose and for your convenience, we recommend that you designate your business address for deliveries whenever possible.
For heavy or oversized items (not accepted by common carriers) we use different trucking companies depending on the destination.
Shipping rates
Our system automatically calculates shipping charges of your order, based on the total price and the chosen method of shipment.
You have the possibility to check the less expensive shipping cost (ground) when you put your item(s) in your shopping cart. Different options as next day or 2-nd day service will be offered upon completion of your order and before the final order confirmation.
Choosing the best option
Our system automatically calculates shipping charges upon your choice. You have the possibility to explore the cost of all offered shipping options for your particular order before your credit card is charged and to pick one that best fits your needs. Since different carriers have different requirements as to the weight and size of the freight, your choice may be limited for heavy or oversized items. The system will reject all orders that do not qualify for the chosen shipping method and will offer you the next possible option.
Delivery time
The Standard Shipping time will be 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. To find out when to expect your order, you have to consider also the availability of the item. For instance: for all items that are available in stock and if you select Standard Shipping your total delivery time will be 1 day (availability) + 2 to 7 days (shipping time), so you can expect to receive this item at your front door 3 to 8 days after you place your order.
Note:
Upgrading to Next Day Air does not mean you will get your order the next day. Once shipped, Next Day Air packages are guaranteed to arrive at the end of the next business day. Please note, however, that upgrading method of shipment to Next Day or 2nd Day Air does not change how long it takes us to assemble and ship your order, it only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our warehouse.
Order processing
Orders received before 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday through Friday will be processed the same day.
Orders received after 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed on the next day.
Orders received after 11:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Saturaday will be processed on Monday.
