This exerciser is used for strength training, conditioning and rehabilitation of the arms and legs. Lightweight, compact and portable, the tubing helps perform strengthening and conditioning workouts on-the-go, even in your hotel room! Two durable padded foam cuffs comfortably strap around the arms or legs. This exercise is made with high quality latex Cando exercise tubing. Cando high quality latex resistive exercise tubing has been used in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning and training since 1987. It has become a well known staple of many physical therapy and athletic training programs. Cando exercise tubing is an economic solution for upper and lower body exercise. Each exerciser is color-coded according to the exercise tubing's resistance.
Cando is licensed to use the Thera-Band color sequence so resistance level is easily identified. The tubing with cuff exerciser is available in 8 levels of resistance for progressive exercise. Levels range in order of strength from least to greatest resistance: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, gold. Cando low powder exercise tubing is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.
