Perfect for the physical therapy clinic, fitness center, home gym, rehab center, and anywhere else resistive exercise band is used. Attach to wall surface. To use, simply
slide the vertical snap hook to the appropriate height level
open the snap
insert the resistant band or tubing and exercise.
The snap hook slides seamlessly to any height up and down the center groove of the WalSlide . Vary resistance level of band and tubing exercises by changing length of band/tubing or by changing the color of band or tubing in use.
Optional Features:
Overhead exercises can be performed using the overhead section. It can be positioned at any height along the WalSlide and any distance (up to 2 feet) from the WalSlide. Use optional pulley attachment system to perform shoulder stretching and range-of-motion enhancing exercises. Pulley system attaches to overhead piece of WalSlide and consists of a pulley with heavy duty rope and comfortable handle grips.
Complete WalSlide exercise station comes with top overhead section, wall piece, sliding anchors for both top and wall pieces. Sliding attachment mechanism allows overhead section to vary in height.
Horizontal Overhead Section comes with moving band/tubing anchor and sliding attachment mechanism which allows overhead section to vary in height. Pulley attachment purchased separately.
