Place or strap the inclinometer near the joint to be measured, set by pressing "zero", move joint through its range and press "hold" to freeze the reading. Numerous measurements require the simultaneous use of two inclinometers which can be achieved when choosing the option of the 2 piece set which comes with two digital inclinometers.
