The Cando Exercise Ball with Feet is a unique ball with "feet" that extend beyond the ball surface that keep ball from rolling when not in use. When in use the weight of the person makes the "feet" retract into the ball so it can function like any other inflatable ball. The CanDo exercise ball with feet has a non-slip surface that is ribbed for extra security. "Under" inflate to give a soft, mushy feel or "over" inflate for a firm, bouncy feel. Is not burtst resistant. See sizing chart to choose proper size ball. Can support up to 600 pounds (275kg). Comes in a polybag.
Cando Balls with Feet are used to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, strength or simply just for fun.
