Attach the bands in any way, in any position, and as much as necessary. Your torso can be held or else assisted or restricted through the use of hip support straps just like the Sully Shoulder Stabilizer.
On the inside, comfortable, nylon-lined neoprene harness supports assist you as you move. Simple to apply - no help necessary. This hip stabilizer supports have two, 5 inches by 44 inches straps and a supporting, closed-cell foam pad for use with hip pointers or thigh bruises.
