The Rocker Board is made of black molded plastic with a specially-designed tactile surface on the top, and an anti-skid surface on the bottom. It allows for one plane of instability at a time, which gives the user greater control. Use for balance and proprioceptive training for upper and lower extremities, as well as core strengthening and stability. The board is great for ankle and knee injury prevention and strengthening.
