Designed by physical therapists and approved by physicians, the "First Step" kit contains four full-color, illustrated Activity Cards that focus on cardio, flexibility, strength training and balance training. A Program Manual explains how to begin and how to pinpoint specific activities that will improve your ability to handle daily functions. Also in the kit is a red (light) Theraband Resistance Band for strength training and an Activity Log to track and monitor progress.
